Raven Queen

An October horror project poster design from my time at SOWELA. I wanted to include this piece to reflect some of my photo manipulation and editing skills like blending, shading, color shifting and matching as well. We were given stock photos to choose from to create a poster design. With the two bird choices I designed to create a “raven queen” design. The yellow and eyes from the leopard were a nice contrast to the woman in red with a cowl. I used the glow from the original stock image to add an errie glow around the top of her head and make darker shadows below, helping to sell the illusion of the crow standing on her shoulder.
